Reviews  By Matthew H from Wasilla, AK Posted Aug 21, 2010 We have not experienced the services of Dr. Saprykina, but we did have Carol Hebert, an ANP. This clinic does not care about the patient, only the almighty dollar. Just to meet with this Nurse Hebert, we were charged $500 and that was only disclosed after the meeting. We then realized that we were going to be nickle and dimed and waited until my insurance covered it. We then had a timed intercourse examination, in which she told my wife the devastating news that she had no cervical mucus and there was NO WAY to fix it. WRONG! She refused to test my wife's hormones and made us jump through many hoops to be seen. She was uninformative and never available. The staff is not sensitive to these issues at all. A separate waiting area in a fertility clinic should be standard as to not subject trying couples with the successes of others. When I brought in a sample for an IUI, they made me wait with it instead of getting it put under the heat lamp right away. The receptionists had attitudes and were complete you-know-whats. When my wife tried to use our insurance, they said, you realize this won't be covered right? How do THEY know? THEN...when my wife called this month to have a prescription refilled, she was told that Nurse Hebert retired in June! Were we going to be sent at least a letter with this information and a referral to another good infertility doctor? NO! Even when she called to get copies of her medical records, nothing was said! This clinic is terrible and unprofessional. If you really want kids, pay for the plane ticket to Seattle or another city where they know what they are doing.
