You can choose to go to her if you want to

deal with her screwed up office staff
mess up with your insurance company
pay for worthless and careless service
waste your time and money for IVF cycle

Three of my friends including me had gone through IVF cycle couple of times and all of them were unsuccessful. She did IVF transfer just like how planes were arriving and departing gates and no words spoken after the transfer.
