Same nurse forgot to order meds, not once but twice. Wouldn't tell us what levels were, just "good". Prescribed too few meds resulting in a frantic $900 trip to Walgreens for 1 days dosage. Suggested we not freeze B grade embryos. No follow up after neg result. Too large of a practice to pay attention to individual patients questions.
